Mindfulness Meditation 1
So often our best intentions to handle life positively are thwarted by conflicted feelings, or our state of mind, particularly when it comes to handling human relationships.
“Learning how to do meditation is one thing, applying what you have learnt effectively within the framework of your life is another skill.”
During this module, participants will learn through various meditation techniques how to:
- Take charge of their “uncooperative” mind
- Improve their mental focus
- Avoid the stress traps
- Enjoy the “now”
- Enjoy better human relationships
Students will learn a variety of highly effective meditation techniques as well as how to discern which meditation technique will benefit their handling of different life circumstances.
The NOW is your most important moment in time. We say “use it wisely.”
